The New Codependency:
Help and Guidance for Today’s Generation
By Melody Beattie
There are times when we do too much, care too much, feel too little, or overly engage to the point of missing our own lives. In this timely follow up to the groundbreaking Codependent No More, Beattie clears up misconceptions about codependency. Invoking her own and others’ inspiring stories, along with activities and tests pertaining to particular behaviors, we are shown a step-by-step guide to greater personal wellness.
